How payment works.
True Path Functional Medicine is a cash-pay practice. We are not associated with any insurance companies. Payment is required at the time of service.
We do not guarantee any reimbursement from insurance. If labs are being run through insurance, additional consents and costs will be required, and the patient is responsible for any additional bills or invoices received that their insurance does not cover.
Superbills can be provided post-treatment upon request, for patients who wish to submit them to their insurance themselves. The patient is responsible for all costs regardless of whether their insurance reimburses any portion.
Most HSA and FSA accounts can be used to pay for visits at True Path. Confirm with your plan administrator before your appointment. If you need documentation for reimbursement, let us know at the time of your visit.
