Do you accept insurance?
No. We are a cash-pay practice. True Path Functional Medicine is not associated with any insurance companies. Payment is required at the time of service. We can provide a superbill after your visit, upon request.
Can I use my HSA or FSA?
Most HSA and FSA accounts can be used for visits here. Confirm with your plan administrator before your appointment.
Are labs included in the visit fee?
No. Lab costs are separate from the visit fee. We do accept commercial insurance for standard blood work. There may be additional fees if bloodwork is run through insurance.
For patients without insurance, we offer reasonable and competitive cash-pay pricing for lab testing.
At your New Patient Visit, we will review recommended testing with you and go over expected costs so you can make an informed decision
Do you accept Medicare/Medicaid?
No, True Path Functional Medicine is not a Medicare provider, and will not bill Medicare. Cash pay options are available.
What ages do you see?
All ages. We have particular depth with children ... especially those on the autism spectrum ... but we welcome adults as well.
Do you offer hormone pellets, IV therapy, or IV ozone?
No, not at this time. Those services are outside the current scope of the practice. We're happy to point you to colleagues who offer them.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, at least 24 hours’ notice is required by phone, email, or portal message.
